December 4th - 6th weekend is the proposed weekend for the first ever D.C. gathering.

What to do?
Most likely sight seeing during the day and bar reserve at night. We have already moved S.N.C. down here for 3 months to make friends with all the bartenders to set it up.

Hotels or hostels: I will be looking from here till then for deals weekly. I can definitely help you guys find some of this stuff.

Ransome's house: sleeps 12. only 4 hours away.

How to get here?

Bolt bus ~$20 for roundtrip from boston, NYC, or philly or baltimore.

Plane: They are having their fall bidding wars for airoplaines. I will help you with this if you reach out.

Washington Capitols Versus Florida Panthers - Thursday 12/3/09
This is the only time the caps are playing during this weekend. If there are enough people interested, we can get a suite at a good price. Otherwise, we can just get a small group together. I also know of a pretty good restaurant right around there.
